Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using yourwealthprotection.com and its applications (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not a law firm; no legal advice

WealthGuard is a self-help legal-document preparation and information platform. We are not a law firm, we are not your attorney, and using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The Service does not provide legal advice, and no information it produces is a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. We do not predict or guarantee any legal outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Payments and refunds

Preparing your matter and viewing your readiness is free. Generating a final package requires a one-time payment at the price shown before checkout. Optional attorney review is a separate one-time add-on. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because packages are generated on demand, refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us if something is wrong and we will make it right.

6. Attorney review add-on

If you purchase attorney review, an independent licensed attorney reviews your prepared materials. That attorney is not employed by WealthGuard, and their review is informational preparation support, not representation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to breach security or access other users’ data, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it to harass or defraud others.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, content, and templates are owned by WealthGuard and protected by law. Documents generated from your own inputs are yours to use for your own matter.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated documents are legally sufficient for your specific situation; have them reviewed by a licensed attorney before you rely on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Amazon Web Services, Stripe, and Cognito) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms: contact us through yourwealthprotection.com/contact.

WealthGuard is a legal-technology company, not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and no outcome is predicted or guaranteed.
